Refund Policy
Applies to TurboGet Pro purchases and update renewals. Last updated: September 30, 2026.
7-day refund, no questions asked
If TurboGet Pro isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason. The same applies to update renewals within 7 days of paying for the renewal.
You can also try every Pro feature free for 7 days before you buy, so you can check that TurboGet works with the sites and files you need.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund”.
- Include your order number from the payment receipt (Afdian or Creem) or your license key.
- We reply within 5 business days and start the refund through the payment provider you paid with.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on the provider and your bank, the money usually arrives in 3–10 business days. International orders paid through Creem are refunded by Creem as the merchant of record.
After a refund
When a refund is completed, the license is deactivated on all computers and TurboGet returns to the free version. Your downloaded files are not affected.
After 7 days
Purchases older than 7 days are not normally refundable. We will still refund you if:
- you were charged twice or by mistake;
- you could not activate TurboGet because of a problem on our side that we could not fix;
- a refund is required by the consumer laws that apply to you.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We can usually solve the problem faster. A license with an open chargeback is deactivated until the dispute is resolved.
